Chris Sater has 20+ years of experience starting, buying, and selling businesses and owns and operates multiple businesses. As an entrepreneur, he understands the importance of a business owner properly exiting the business while receiving maximum value for their hard work and dedication.

As a business broker, Chris works tirelessly to ensure that each part of the deal goes as smoothly as possible, from completing the initial business profile to due diligence and closing. For buyers, he understands how tiring it can be to try and find the right business for sale and the pain a buyer can go through trying to buy a business on their own.  

Chris can assist buyers with not only finding the right business but also finding legal representation and lenders, including top SBA lenders. Chris' end goal is the successful sale of the business for both buyer and seller.

Justin Aldredge is a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana and is a graduate of Northwestern State University. He completed his education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was an All-American football player as well as an academic All-American. 

Justin grew up among thriving entrepreneurs and has expanded that knowledge and experience to create his own portfolio of properties. He has over 13 years of experience owning and operating many diverse business interests. 

As a Sunbelt broker, his focus will be to use a personalized marketing strategy to assist his clients in receiving top dollar for their businesses in the competitive marketplace.
